A Message From Son-in-Law ... Ian Ray was one in a million – an incredibly intelligent and generous man. I’ve only known him for the last twenty years but his influence will be with me for the rest of my life. During his illness, the hardest thing for me to handle was the fact that this fiercely independent man, with 100% mental alertness, despite being 81, was becoming increasingly trapped in a non-functioning body. I’m in no doubt that you’re in heaven now and I hope that your physical chains have been cast aside.
